Anand: Why this native should fast on tuesday?We fast on day of Upapada Lord. When Upapada is in Virgo - we fast on sunrise to sunset. This is to pay debts which release us from papa which blocks smooth and pleasant life. This release starts from intimate relation (12h - source of upapada) and next all other things are clean - so fasting on these days is very auspicious even if person is not in relationship.

Debt can be paid by fasting and tapasya (Sa) or family and continuation of line (Ju). So see which graha has influence on Your upapada to check what the life has to offer for You. If only Sani influence Upapada and its connected to Arudhapada person is bachelor all life. If dharma of person is/was afflicted person has delay in marriage/kids and upapada-upaya is best in these kind of cases.
