Should astrologer always answer the querry based on the praśna (horary system of Astrology)?
Praśna chart is assisting natal reading as well as giving detailed answer for the question of the querrist. The chart is drawn when the Jyotisha is inspired by time to help the native with the knowledge of Jyotish-vidya. Lagna in the praśna chart shows the questioner whislt the twelfth house shows astrologer being asked.
If there are malefics with the Lagna then there is some kind of dishonesty in the question and the answer should not be given. Similarly if the Moon is afflicted with the praśna chart we should stop after one question. If Surya is afflicted we should only answer two questions.
