Technically we must divide the periods to:
a) inevitable (must happen)
b) possible to happen (”sparks” of event/shortlasted/delayed etc)
c) surely will not happen
So normally astrologers are very good at confirming, that particular event can happen in certain period of life based on Jyotish tools, but its also necessary to check why it didn’t occur in other periods.
Jyotish tells us, that there are four kendras, so there are four main pillars of life being : health, place of stay, partner and job including finances.
As the tenth house is strongest among all the bhavas, one’s karma in this world is of topmost importance.

All the jobs were short-lasted one’s. Its due to position of Budha in the twelfth house aspecting 7L which is the maraka for the sixth in Dasamsa. Also Budha being in 12H from DK-Surya in D1 will not give big finances in Budha Mahadasa. Venus and Moon influencing fifth bhava in D10 shows that all jobs were given by either Venusian friends (photgrapher/designers etc) or Mother (Mo). Jupiter being tenth lord aspecting Budha shows real desire for everything connected to shape/image/media/writing/publishing in Venusian areas-Public Relations/Media (Budha in Vrsabha sign). Budha aspecting tenth lord will show deep desire to increase the qualifications through courses etc. Jupiter giving Virodha to sixth house from AL shows that the longer jobs must wait due to stress (debiliated graha) in education (forth house/MKS). Budha MKS in forth house gives problem to Mithuna Sign - ninth house - higher studies. Me also gives blockage to Ke (sixth lord) in D10, however being Lagnesh it has given some jobs. Lets analyze its timings:
Mahadasa must be associated with lagnesh or have argala on it - Budha is Lagnesh.
Antardasa must have argala on the fifth lord or must own fifth house or resides in the bhava.
We have two here:
a) Ra - giving effect of Sani having argala on fifth lord being in third - shortlasted jobs.
b) Ju - unobstructed argala on fifth lord (eight) - having argala on second lord shows financial motivations and skillset (10L)/fame (asp Lagnesh).
Why not earlier Mars? Me has argala on the fifth lord but blocked by Ma!
Why not earlier Moon? Its debilitated in D1 - too much stress? Being in eleventh from Mahadasa with Ju deb doesnt favour jobs, same with earlier Sun - stress due to education.
Pratyantardasa:
a) yuti, lordship, placement.
Ra,Ve,Ju,Mo.
Ve, Mo - influence by yuti/placement.
Ra - Sa aspects fifth house - strong desire to work, aspect on the 2L shows again purely financial motivation for very short period which is very loosely defined as job - therefore no aspect on fifth lord.
Ju - aspecting Lagnesh and two sixth lords - the work begins (6L) due to strong desire to start something new (Lagnesh) but as its not aspecting fifth lord its not the job in the real sense - more like buisness (7L).
2011 March - August will give more important job as these period fulfills all the conditions.
