Mahatma Gandhi:
- Married at May 1882. Me-Ve [dwisaptati dasa]. Both planets are in Lagna aspecting seventh house. Antardasa Graha activates Arudhas in 2nd, 5th and 9th from its position, and Upapada is in 2nd house from Shukra. Venus is seventh lord and being in seventh house in Nadi-Navamsa is quallified to give marriage.
- Fifth lord and fifth house are respectively in 2nd and 5th from Mangal and Mangal Antardasa brought first child. Mangal aspects fifth lord in Saptaamsa chakra.
- Whilst timing death usually there is connection to Maraka bhavas/lords and Janma Nakshatra. Mahatma Gandhi passed away in January 1948. This was Jupiter-Ketu dasa using Chandra-Vimshottari. Jupiter is in seventh bhava whilst Ketu lords second bhava (both second and seventh are maraka sthanas). Ketu gives effect of dispositor which is Shani being in Jyestha (Janma nakshatra) in second group of Chandra-Tara.
